Soul Kind Cafe

Soul Kind Cafe is a hidden gem for vegetarians in Jurong East. A friend recommended this place, and I'm glad I gave it a try. I had the laksa and found it surprisingly filling without being heavy, featuring a nice mix of fresh mushrooms and mock meat. The flavours are well-balanced, and honestly, the mock meat isn't even necessary - the dish is delicious on its own. I also tried their curry puff, which was excellent. You can tell it's handmade, with a lot of care put into its preparation. What makes Soul Kind special is their blend of traditional and modern recipes. They offer classic dishes like laksa alongside trendier options such as Korean Army Stew. I particularly enjoyed their lychee lavender kombucha - a refreshing twist on the usual drinks menu. The restaurant has an interesting backstory, too. Apparently, it's a family-run business that adapted traditional recipes to create delicious vegetarian versions. The food is great, and the ambience is fairly comfortable - typical of a casual eatery. Service was friendly and efficient. If you're in the Jurong East area and looking for tasty vegetarian options, Soul Kind Cafe is definitely worth a visit. It's a great spot for a casual meal or meet-up with friends.

Found this cafe while scrolling through goggle maps for place to have dinner. It was worth a try. The food while plant based, is simply amazing. The laksa is rich and has a fragrance aroma. The noodle is cooked just right. The teriyaki cutlet is tender and crispy. Service staff is friendly and will definitely go back to try other food on menu.

This was such a sweet place, great staff! Perfect place to study and try vegetarian Korean food. I ordered ramen but I couldn’t eat it because of the sea weed so the staff offered to replace my food ! Super kind hearted would totally recommend 10/10.
