The ramen was gd and taste great, similar to the Keisuke ramen @ Tanjong Pagar. Gyoza is equally delicious and the skin is thin with a light crisp. The braised meat with the flat bun is savoury and the meat melts in the mouth.
Rich bonito tonkatsu broth, salty but yum. Enjoyed the pork buns too. Each contains 2 slices of juicy pork wrapped in fluffy soft white buns. Nice and quiet atmosphere.
The service was exceptionally good and food was well priced for the amazing quality. The staff were friendly and despite today being a promotional day with a free bowl of ramen, crowd management was surprisingly good. Overall thumbs up to the staff of ippudo Westgate! Best ippudo outlet till yet.
