Song Fa Bak Kut Teh

Our family marked the beginning of the New Year of 2025 with a lunch gathering at this authentic restaurant. Despite the crowds, the service officers consistently displayed politeness, cheerfulness, and impeccable professionalism. Upon seating, we requested a backrest seat, which Ms Li Xia provided thoughtfully, considering my back issues. Throughout the meal, Ms Jia Jia and Mr Wang Eng Teck diligently refilled our soup and tea. The cuisine was outstanding, with tender meat, making this a lovely dining destination. Well done to all.

Usually there’s a queue but the wait it rather short. The restaurant has a systematic way of managing and it js in a commedable and positive manner. Service is prompt, food is served fast, refills of soup is proactive which I like, and the taste is consistently good, portion is great, price is value for money. Overall good value and it’s plain to see why Song Fa is a popular tourist and local spot.

Food served fast, crews are very nice and friendly! Appreciate their efforts on topping up our soup, would come again for sure. Love their tenderloin soup set.
