This month June 24 went to Holland Market & Food Centre twice and saw this delicious Shima’s Kitchen; Malay Nasi Pandang. The stall for this start about 11am and before you can taste their Nasi Lemak Lotong Mee Rebus. We have Lotong and Mee Rebus - 5star. It remind me of the best during my younger days. All just nice, not too Lemak. Will be trying their Mee Siam the next breakfast visit. We also pack one Nasi pandang which is the best ever taste since hill view times in the 80’s. Jan 25, today have Lotong, very good except if it is hot will be better.
Great Mala stall. The beef randang is amazing. The chilli is good. Quail eggs fresh tops Different dishes with chilli got different chilli taste.
Gooey delicious mee rebus. Shima's kitchen is popular for their nasi padang during lunchtime. But who knew about their breakfast option was amazingly satisfying.
