Grilled slabs of succulent pork in an insanely umami sauce served on a bed of rice? This right here is the final boss when it comes to Japanese rice cuisine. Nobody I introduced this to has ever thought otherwise. Pricey yes, staff that sometimes don't see you or forget your order do nothing to dampen the joy when I'm here wolfing down my meal.

Had a wonderful dining experience.here. ordered the Salmon Mentaiko Don and the taste and portion was absolutely fantastic. Mary was very friendly and helpful. Her cheerfulness and dedication to the dining service is simply exceptional. Two thumbs up.
