The restaurant, which is open six days a week, is fully licensed, has seating for fifty inside and has some outside seating in the summer. The team strives to produce high-quality food while strictly adhering to high standards of hygiene. Their team of highly trained chefs freshly prepares all your favourite dishes. The customer service is prompt, friendly, attentive and polite. Their food standard is very consistent with all the different outlets. This establishment is located at the corner of Block 263, which serves many dishes in the clay pot, from the signature sesame oil chicken to frog legs to pigs' kidneys and liver, plus different types of vegetables and soup. Lau Wang Claypot Delights restaurant serves various flavours, textures and aromas from various regions of China to the community. They are trying to create a traditional Chinese eating experience where family and friends meet, relax, and enjoy each other's company while enjoying the most delicious dishes. They even have a loyalty program where they stamp on a card, and you get a free dish with a certain number of stamps.

Putien is a unique Chinese restaurant promoting XingHwa cuisine, which is relatively unknown in Singapore. It is located in Nex Mall along Serangoon Central (nearest train: Serangoon MRT Station). Putien provides a charming ambience to make one’s dining experience relaxed and comfortable. Their design looks bright and has a breezy feeling every time. Their quality is always very consistent. Their signature dishes include XingHwa bee hoon, a tasty white thin noodles dish stir-fried with meat, seafood, beancurd and veg. Don't forget to savour their other popular dishes like fried Heng Hwa bee hoon, deep-fried yellow croaker and many more. If you prefer a soupy version, there is the Loh Mee version.
