MONSTER CURRY
Monster Curry is the only restaurant in Singapore that serves Japanese demi-glace curry made with 14 different vegetables and spices. They serve all dishes at five different levels of spiciness. Their hot sauce is a concoction of chilli padi, garlic, ginger and celery. The customers can customise the spiciness level of the curry by choosing the number of flames. The restaurant's smooth and fragrant curry results from a 2-day rigorous cooking process. Monster Curry provides six different curries and serves various salads, pasta, curry ramen, and drinks. For salads, they offer dressing choices like Yoghurt, Goma, and Wafu Daikon.
