The resturent is helmed by executive chef Derrick Lau will only be using the finest and freshest ingredients, mainly air-flown from Japan, to present his culinary skills. Their super friendly head chef will move around the front of the house to recommend the seasonal catches and his yummy specials. Marukyu is new furnished Japanese Restaurant located in Chinatown and offering fine Japanese cuisine in Omakase and Kaiseki style.
