Chef Liyana Kwan is the founder of the restaurant, which is currently also managed by her son, Chef Park. Pagi Sore Indonesian Restaurant is always open for both lunch and dinner. They have a menu of various recipes and dishes. The restaurant provides table reservations, vegan dishes, a children's menu, takeout, delivery, and dine-in. Pagi Sore Indonesian Restaurant received Singapore's Excellence Award in 2013, Singapore's Top Restaurants in 2016, and the Women's Weekly Gold Plate Awards.

2026 Update: The spices the restaurant incorporates in their dishes are chilli, coriander seeds, bird’s eye chilli (chilli padi), turmeric, garlic, lime leaf, candlenut, and cinnamon."
