D'Penyetz Lorong Chuan

First time here eating Ayam Penyet for dinner, pretty tasty & the sambal is very spicy! Also ordered the grilled pomfret and the sambal brinjal. You can choose the levels of spiciness and level 3 to me is already super spicy Shall visit again and gonna try the chendol as I was too full this time to continue with dessert.

Stay nearby this place. I crave for their chicken because you don't get many turmeric based fried chicken. If you miss the "kampung" flavor, this is the place. Their chicken marinade is good and always crispy outside super soft inside. Try their fried chicken and the tofu. I always order extra here. The lady boss and family are nice and friendly. Most importantly the place is clean and you can see how they cook .

Super friendly and helpful crew. Nice ambience and most importantly, food is excellent, nicely presented and come in generous portions. Chicken is very tender and nice. The place is a bit noisy though but we actually forgot about it once the food is served :)
