Hands down the best Bak kut teh in Singapore. Ng Ah Sio Bak Kut Teh on Rangoon Road is a gem for lovers of traditional Singaporean comfort food. The rich, peppery broth is perfectly seasoned, warming, and satisfying, with tender pork ribs that fall off the bone. One of the highlights is the unlimited soup refills, ensuring you can enjoy the flavorful broth to your heart’s content. The crispy youtiao (fried dough sticks) pairs perfectly with the soup, soaking up the flavours. With quick service and a nostalgic ambiance, it’s a must-visit for authentic bak kut teh!
As a Malaysian who loves pur bak kut teh so much, I must say this shop really got my heart. The brownie pepper soup taste strong n nicely fits my palate. They keep filling the soup for me happily and the service is so good. So far this is my 1st and only recommended bak kut teh shop in SG. Will definitely come back for more!
