Legendary Bak Kut Teh

This Legendary Bak Kut Teh is delicious. Peppery and herbs style, the soup is free flow, we had 4 times of soup added, very satisfied! The pork trotter is a highly recommend item to order. The meat and the skin were so flavourful, the spices of the braise sauce were truly filled in the meat, the texture of the meat braised till soft but not mash, the meat is still in its shape yet easy to eat. Nice!

2nd visit here. Soup is nice. Staff is very automatic in adding your soup. Portion is just nice. However the vinegar pork trotter is alittle hard/over cooked.

Order dou miao, upon served we thinking this doesn look/taste like dou miao, upon asking staff then know this is hong kong dou miao. Staff are easily available to add on orders, no need to wait for long time. Maybe due to friday raining weather thus the shop wasnt crowded. Lean meat soup, they probably patted some corn starch on the meat making it smooth, but dont like. Peppery soup, but taste abit heavy than the earlier one at rong hua.
