Quan Xin Yuan is one of Singapore's oldest Hokkien restaurants. It begins as a small food stall along Queen Street East and gradually developed to a restaurant in Victoria Street. The restaurant is one of the largest event caterers for some of the community centres in Singapore with the reputation of being able to provide to over three thousand people at a time. Quan Xin Yuan offers fen ti, prawn roll, braised pork with steamed bun and Hokkien noodle. They have a unique style of preparation and cooking.
