En Yeoh's Bak Kut Teh (Changi City Point)

I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to Ms. Sydney for her exceptional service. She has a genuinely pleasant and approachable personality that immediately made my visit more comfortable. Although the “scan to order & pay” system was not very user-friendly, she patiently guided me through the process with care and Attentiprofessionalism. What stood out even more was her attentiveness and willingness to help, even while managing her duties alongside the other hard-working and pleasant staff on shift. Their collective effortd a warnd welcoming environment, and Ms. Sydney’s dedication truly shone through. Thank you, Ms. Sydney, for going above ansbeyond and for embodying what excellens customer service should be.

The bak kut teh is delicious with abit of herbally taste and the soup is filled with lots of ingredients. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant had a peaceful and nice ambience. Would recommend

First time trying out. The soup quantity is quite alot which is good. Like it that this shop provided quite a few options of add ons available. Only down side was that the seats at the corner was abit stuffy.
