SONG FA BAK KUT TEH REVIEWS
Song Fa did lives up to it’s reputation. I am never a big fans of eating bak Kut teh outside. Simply because some outlets as their pork ribs run out and they replenish, the replenish pork ribs are never as tender as the earlier batch. But I must says, Song Fa pass this level. Noticing the heavy crowd and a full house, the pork ribs served out are still tender and came out very easy from the bones. Well done. Their soup base is on the peppered side which I like very well. And there is always a server going around to top up your finished soup. The servers are also very friendly and well manner. Even the sides are above acceptable. Will definitely comes by again and again.
It was a long queue when I arrived but the queue system is efficient with a QR code scan for food ordering and they prepare the seats ready as your turn approaches. Every process is lean and even for the membership sign up is just with a handphone number and immediately you are awarded with some cash rebates for your next visit. Thumbs up
Fast service. Has all condiments on table. Food is good. Ribs tender and big portions. Side dishes affordable. Staff friendly. Soup top up regular. Enjoyable meal.

YA WU (AH ORH) KWAY CHAP & BAK KUT TEH REVIEWS
One of my favourite kway chup stalls because I love the silky kway. The auntie remembers orders from regulars and takes pains to ensure you get your order right. Their chilli sauce is amazing and I love that they also provide fresh chilli padi so that I can spice my kway chap even more.
Still as good as ever after more than 20 years. Normally request for a bowl of soup and have a bowl of rice and a bowl of kuay to go with the ingredients.
Auntie cleans the intestines really well, and the braised sauce is fragrant and delicious. Love the pig trotters too! Our family's fav go-to place for kway chap!

OLD WORLD FRIED PORRIDGE REVIEWS
Had their signature Bak Ku Teh, Kungpo Mixed Pig Organ Pork Ribs, Seafood Cheese Beehoon, Mixed Pig Organ Fried Porridge, Stir Fried Pea Shoots and Pork Lard Dry Noodles. The mixed organ fried porridge had a strong wok hey aroma and you can definitely taste the underlying umami-rich pork broth, that they brewed for many hours, in the porridge. The generous portion of meat also makes this porridge a hearty meal without being too gelat. Their Signature Ba Ku Teh was also another standout dish. The fragrant pork broth paired superbly well with the strong herbal taste and light pepperiness without being too oily. Kinda makes you want to drink a whole jar of it. Meat portion was also generous, with different cuts such as pork belly, liver, ribs etc. Lastly to top it off, the Kongpo Mixed Organ Pork Rib was to die for. Sweet, savoury with a hint of spice from the dried chilis and the tender meat cuts really brought the dish together. Location is a tad inaccessible, but the food and warmhearted service provided by the owners makes it well worth the travel.
My son loves the Cheesy Bee Hoon. Well, anything cheesy is already half of the war conquered. It was served with a generous serving of seafood hidden beneath the thick broth. The bee hoon is not stringy nor clumpy. It’s a very filling meal on its own.
Got the mixed organs pork porridge, and sliced pork mee sua. Porridge had a nice rich and deep flavour, generous portions. Mee Sua was nice, garlicky, and fragrant, pork was tender. Would come again if I'm in the area.
