Sen of Japan is a modern Japanese restaurant and bar serving traditional Japanese cuisine with a contemporary touch. Their menu features well-flavoured creations made using a medley of fine Japanese ingredients put together by the former head chef at the highly acclaimed NOBU Las Vegas, Nakano Hiromi. All service staffs are very professional and attentive. The team also recommend the seasonal scallops with tuna belly and caviar, which have a wonderful umami flavour. Their curated menu aims to bring to the table the taste of modernised Japanese cuisine combined with an intimate setting with spectacular views of the Singapore skyline.
