Best Malay Restaurants in Marina Bay

JustIN Flavours of Asia is one of the well-established Asian fusion restaurants with various Malay dishes in the Marina Bay Sands Singapore, Marina Bay. The restaurant has a crew of experts with excellent knowledge in the cooking field. They have an experienced chef with a modern approach to French cuisine that melds a mastery of technique with a delicacy of touch. He singlehandedly put Singapore on the global gastronomic map and inspired a new generation of chefs in the process. Chef Justin discovered his passion for the culinary world at a tender age.

This place is amazing because it’s local tzechar with a splendid view. We had chicken rice, cereal prawn, sweet & sour pork, lobster chaomien and salted egg chicken. All dishes were splendid except for salted egg chicken, it felt more like a Korean dish and the sauce should have been cooked together w the fried chicken Chinese style. Sure, prices are not the cheapest given that you can find similar items at your local coffeeshop, but this place is perfect to bring your foreign friends and show them the local flavours. 5 stars for ambience, food and service.

What a hidden gem. As an expat, found their laksa and prawn noodles along with Kue Pie Tee amazing. So scrumptious. Portions are a little bit small but prices are very affordable accordingly. Remembered the chef was the one who cooked for Sky on 57 @ MBS a few years back. At that time I was impressed with his laksa. No wonder I loved it today. Will be back soon.

One of the cheaper lunch places within marina one. go for the fishball noodles! Enjoy msia Chinese food.

Food is nice, Nicely cooked springy noodle with soft boiled egg, The spice level was great, though I added pepper and chopped chilli to further enhance the flavor, as a chilli lover.

Ordered the chilli ban mian and it tasted very good. Remember to show your food receipt to purchase the beverage from the stall at a discount

Amazing food. Ordered their signature dish nasi lemak ayam taliwang and i can say it really lived up to their michelin starred standards. Although the price is considered premium compared to the neighborhood areas, i still think its worth the price. Bless this chain and their staffs hope you all prosper in this business.

The food here is really good and affordable and highly recommended.
