Truly enjoyed my yoga classes with Steph. She is such a patient instructor. Very professional and clear when giving instructions and explanations. I like that she is very encouraging and always reminding you to listen to your body and do your best. Very heartening for a beginner like me. The best part is that her class size are very small so when I sign up with my girlfriends, it’s like a private class!

I enjoyed my aerial yoga class with Stephanie - She's patient and encourages me to push the limits of my body's strength and flexibility. I had a good stretch that day and I feel my posture becoming better. Looking forward to more classes with her!

Second time I joined her class! Very detail and fun . Very detail and patient with every individual students. Correcting every moves that was wrong . To make sure we are doing correctly. Although the location is a hdb home, it is Very nicely properly setup room for yoga.. It is a very private and personal session every time w coach steff ! Highly recommended!
