One of my favourite vegetarian bee hoon in Singapore. But I personally like white bee hoon so am a little biased. I prefer it without gravy as it'll make the bee hoon soggy. Seems to be run by 2nd or 3rd gen owners.
The best. Simply the best. Long queue always. But it’s always fresh, tasty, super delicious. I only take the beehoon. I also love their piquant green chilli.
Everytime im back in the country, i have to have this! Been eating their vegetarian beehoon since i was a kid and there is nothing else like it. The smokey flavor in the beehoon and the gravy is really good.
