This is one the best vegetarian I have tasted so far. Ru Yi Yuan has been around for the longest time, at least thirty plus year. There have been change of ownership over the years. Although the quality has dropped over the years with the changed of ownership but it is the best. The authenticity taste of the mixed of bee hoon and mee with the sauce makes it very tasty. We always complimented with a mock duck as a side dish. The mock duck is made of layers of beancurd skin which is delicious.
One of the best vegetarian bee hoon. Ingredients are tasty and freshly prepared. Reasonable pricing. Their spring roll is not to be missed. Although, queue can be long, but worth it!
The best. Simply the best. Long queue always. But it’s always fresh, tasty, super delicious. I only take the beehoon. I also love their piquant green chilli.
