My go to place when I am craving vegetables. Their quality of ingredients especially the vegetables, is soooo good. I hope they continue to maintain that standard. Today's cabbage was a bit more salty than usual though. Leaving a 5 star review for the service encountered today, I had some issues with the payment but Yeye and Ah Mei were very accommodating and helpful about it throughout. Thank you again.
Been here a couple of times and will revisit whenever got craving! Does not taste like vegetarian food cause everything very flavourful and with strong marinate/sauce. Love the curry mushroom & brinjal.
I always love the vegan food from Greendot. especially the Laksa, Lion's mane bryani. the bento is great & serve with a complimentary soup which is very nice. Recently, they have the bao with different flavour, eg Lion's man bao, mala bao, redbean bao etc. I have yet to savour them. I will always come back to Greendot for their great food. Service is excellent too.
On April 25th, I visited Green Dot Yishun for lunch with friends. Upon placing my initial order, the staff member assisting me appeared visibly displeased, though I was unsure of the reason. I ordered two Americano black coffees, one iced coffee, and three bento boxes. One of my friends later decided to change her iced coffee to a hot Americano. When I approached the cashier, a senior Chinese woman, to inquire about a refund for the price difference, she informed me that it was against their policy. Her response was delivered in a tone that was difficult to hear, and when I asked her to repeat herself, she seemed visibly irritated. I found the attitude of the frontline staff at this location to be unsatisfactory. In contrast, my experiences at other Green Dot outlets, such as those in Tampines and Bishan, have been much more positive. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I do not plan to return to the Yishun location. - Ben
