High tea buffet is good value for money, includes a self-service spread of cooked dishes, pastries n desserts. Also includes one serving of small abalone, unlimited ordering of steamed dim sum, and a free pot of chinese tea. Food quality tastes above-average, but ingredients not the freshest which is to be expected in a buffet. Service level is attentive and accurate. Lai Sim was helpful and proactively approached our table to take orders.

I am so surprised that a Dim Sum Buffet has so much to offer. There are a number of items not tried because we were already too full. This is one of the best buffets we have eaten - nice food, pleasant environment and very friendly/helpful staff.

The staff are all very helpful & friendly. Food are served hot & fresh. Good variety. Would be good if there is a menu to see.
