Jing Long Seafood Restaurant offers a wide selection of classic dishes specially prepared by their chefs. They have developed a steady stream of regular clients who loved their signature foods like Hong Kong-style Pork Ribs, Caipo Toufu, Ya Fang, Sea Cucumber with Duck, and Salted Egg Crab. They also came out with new dishes like Green Chilli and Garlic Steamed Fish, Scallop and Bagua With Banana roll, Deep-fried Pig Trotters and Fish with Thai Sauce. The restaurant is now able to accommodate 15 tables in the air-conditioned dining area and more than 20 tables at their non-air-conditioned dining area, making the restaurant more conducive for both family meals and corporate event.
