It’s been a long time since I last ate at Megumi and it was when they were at Upper Wast Coast Road before they moved to this location. I am really delighted by the quality of the food. Every dish here is great. We were looking forward to Aji (Horse Mackerel) Sashimi but they have run out and it comes on Friday. Will definitely come back here for that.

SG Restaurant Week. This is a super value Japanese restaurant that’s been in the business for over 20 years. Portions are huge (vs other Japanese places) as seen from the thick cut sashimis and chunky A5 wagyu. I see a lot of patrons having their hot pot, heard it’s very popular. Well, that’s what I’m going to have on my next visit!

The foie gras is pan fried just now. Would want to go and try again. Sashimi is fresh too. Service is good. We do not need to request for tea refill.
