Bincho In Hua Bee Restaurant is a unique all-in-one dining concept by Unlisted Collection that ties the past of Singapore with the present. It is located behind Hua Bee Restaurant, the dual-concept space transforms from an almost 80-year-old noodle house in the day to a unique ‘hole-in-the-wall’ yakitori restaurant and bar at night. It is a fun restaurant hidden away in an HDB block. They offer traditional Japanese don, sashimi, ramen, and skewers. The interior design is based on a classic old coffee shop cum bar concept with an open kitchen. The restaurant has become synonymous with the traditional Japanese white charcoal Binch-tan; the menu boasts a selection of meats, seasonal vegetables, and seafood grilled over charcoal and fire. Chef Asai personally adds the finishing touches before firing the dishes, which are both a feast for the eyes and the taste buds. They are available for private events. Customers can savour their delicious conger eel tempura and Mentai wings.

BINCHO IN HUA BEE RESTAURANT REVIEWS
I chanced upon this hole-in-a-wall Japanese restaurant when I was looking around for an interesting dining experience. Visited it once last December and got hooked. The food is amazing and the service staffs are friendly. In fact, they took the time to explain the dishes in detail to you, ala-fine dining style. The ambience is great with much history relating to one of our earlier local movies. The staffs will be more than glad to enlighten you. Even how the place is run as a noodle place in the morning and how it transforms into Bincho in the night is a story worth listening to. I’ll be back for more.
Highly recommend this lovely place for Japanese food that are prepared straight from the heart. I had the Ninja lunch set which I delightfully enjoyed every course of the meal. Chef Asai and his team delivers wonderful high quality food that are so good and will probably make anyone’s day! I will definitely be back again with my friends!
First time at the Hua Bee outlet since I usually end up at Dempsey, love the coziness and we were fortunate to have mostly have the place to ourselves that afternoon. Everything was cooked so well especially the liver. Thank you!

SUSHI TEI REVIEWS
Went there for lunch, had the garlic fried rice, chawanmushi and ice green tea. While my grandpa had Yakisoba. Great great service from the staffs, 10 stars for excellent customer service, helpful, cheerful and great teamwork. I only managed to get three names from all the wonderful staff working there, thank you Ms Mei Yoke, Ms Lye Fong, Ms Alice Liu and the rest of the staff for a job well done, keep it up!
The chawamushi is great. Hot and it’s very smooth. Even though not much ingredients in it, but it’s very satisfying. The rolls are good. the mango outside the dragon roll is very sweet and juicy. with a little crispness from the shrimp tempura inside the roll, great combination. No additional sauce required. The Japanese rice is very tasty.
Enjoyed a wonderful dinner consisting of a sashimi/unagi don, beef udon, tempura mushrooms, seaweed salad and edamame. I appreciated the fast and friendly service.

KYOTEN JAPANESE CUISINE REVIEWS
Had the $80 omakase lunch and also ordered the barachirashi don set for $36. The sake was $38. I love the chawamushi that came with the omakase and barachirashi don set. Overall it's very value for money especially the barachirashi don. Look at the amount of fish that comes with it, which includes otoro! The environment is very cosy and the service is good. Will definitely be back again.
This will be my go-to moving forward. Fantastic spot for reasonably priced Omakase, fresh sushi/sashimi and great vibes and service all around. Kyoten does not disappoint. The $90 Uni hand roll was pure decadence.
Been here many times and it has never disappointed. I’ve had their Omakase sushi set before so decided to try their mackerel lunch set. It was delicious. The service and value you get here is just amazing. 10/10 recommend!
