First time I Visited this bakery was last year during my vacation in Singapore Liked it so much I told my Husband we have to visit again before we leave. Yesterday we went with some friends for breakfast. It’s very nice to try the pastries and coffee again. Love the atmosphere and the staff were very friendly, kind & Helpful too. Very unfortunate we are leaving again. But if there is a bakery in T2 I will visit for sure.
I like the egg mayo with salmon croissant. The crust is so crispy. The egg mayo blended well with the smoked salmon. Today the kouign amann is really crispy too. The bread set is good with their jam and butter!! Add: Had the mushroom croissant, it was very satisfying. The apple crumble was ok. I find the crust is not crispy enough and a bit flat.
First time dining at Tiong Bahru Bakery. I love the whole interior and exterior design. All the pastries displayed look appetising. Settled for their lemon drizzle cake and kouign amann. Delicious. I would have these two again.
