Bakeopedia is an absolute gem! As someone who appreciates quality European-style baking, the quality of the bread here is exceptional. Their breads, baguettes and croissants are perfectly crusty on the outside and soft within, hitting that sweet spot of flavor without being overly sweetened—an authentic and nice experience. The service is consistently efficient and correct. The owner has clearly created a beautiful atmosphere, making it a pleasant spot to enjoy a coffee, grab lunch, or even settle in to study or work. Highly recommended.

Stumbled upon Bakepedia Kovan and really enjoyed the experience. The place has a cosy, relaxing vibe, and the convenience of basement parking is a big plus. The coffee was nicely made, and both the almond croissant and the savoury truffle mushroom pastry hit the spot. Everything tasted fresh and flavourful. Definitely a place I’d come back to for a chill coffee break. Bonus: No GST, No service charge.

Discovered this chic café while waiting for a vet appointment. The owner kindly seated us in a corner with our kittens in a bag. Loved the bacon & kimchi toast, the pastries, and the coffee, especially with the chocolate chip cookies which I bought a packet to take home. Self-service café with no service charge.
