The cafe offers a variety of single-origin coffees, typically around 8 options, including some unique ones like Myanmar beans and a China Yunnan Catimor. All their food is made in-house using fresh ingredients. Sun Ray Cafe offers a variety of teas, including white, green, black, and herbal teas. Their flavours vastly differ from regular milk coffee because you taste finer notes with a more intense taste. Their good-tasting tea is brewed in a small pot, with the leaves expanding freely to release their latent flavours. A filter, ideally non-metal, separates the leaves from the brewed tea after steeping for a specific time, typically between 15 to 60 seconds. Sun Ray Cafe is also a pet-friendly cafe. 2026 Update: Sun Ray Cafe is serving artisanal bread and hand-brewed coffee in a homestyle setting. The coffee tastes rich and full-bodied, with flavour notes similar to wine or whiskey. It feels thick and syrupy in the mouth, has natural sweetness, and this richness helps the flavours stand out more clearly and strongly. The cafe is the national champion for tea brewing and tea pairing in 2017. They also bake pet cakes for your special occasions, with 2 days' notice at least."
