Teacher Amit is very good professional in personal training help my tight muscles loosen up. Could not do it by myself. Master Saumik has also helped me in my Cervical Spondylosis issues. Master Adi has great experience and is very professional in his lessons especially in Pilates training .ToaPayoh environment is also very good.The facilities and workshops are great with good instructors.

I have been to a few Yoga club . Overall Real is still the best . Teacher and staff are all very positive and encourage us to do better. They are one of them that Help assist in alignment . Some out there is not there for your alignment just pay and you do your best.

The studio is calming and aesthetically pleasing in decor, a great improvement from the pre-renovated days; the teacher is informative and knowledgeable, and the support staff is helpful and patient. Looking forward to my classes in the coming weeks.
