I consistently experience a sense of rejuvenation and warmth when I attend classes with Teacher Tanu, particularly during the backbend sessions. The utilization of a yoga wheel in these classes not only effectively enhances shoulder flexibility and opens up the front of the body but also provides a safer approach to bending backward. Additionally, Teacher Tanu is always there to offer patient guidance and support when I encounter difficulties or need assistance in transitioning into the poses.Teacher Su is very professional, she’s nice and super patient, and she genuinely wants you to benefit from the yoga. You can tell that she is really passionate about teaching. She always go extra mile to help those who needed.

I did 2 classes one Purna yoga and a hot yoga session. The consultant Ling Ling ; service staff (Oao) and yoga instructor Saumik at the Toa Payoh are kind patient and professional.
