Om Yoga

I got to know Om Yoga from the Instagram advertising the retreat to Kathmandu, Nepal and it’s in my bucket list. I contacted Ollie to enquire about it. I was offered a few Yoga sessions to get familiar with his teaching and for him to assess my level prior to the retreat. His teaching style is quite different from those classes that I had attended from other Yoga School and Studios. He’s creative in his way and uses some props such as Chair and Wheel for some warm-ups and stretching, as well as cool down. He helped in correcting my postures and also with my inversions, particularly balancing on headstand without wall and concur my fear in handstand. His professionalism in organising the retreat was also laudable. There was no disappointment and I look forward to his classes and retreats.

Small studio but full of treasures :) Wooden floor, cork yoga mat and comfortable scent gave a perfect yoga ambiance. Oli is a great teacher with many years teaching experience, he can always support and find adapted Asanas for beginners. Also enjoy chatting the yoga mindset with him. I got to know Om Yoga from my Auntie and decided to join her for lesson. Definitely a best decision this year as it makes me fall in love with yoga even more. Ollie' teaching had made me understand and appreciate yoga in a new level. I always look forward to my weekly session with Ollie.
