One of the best opticians in Singapore. Friendly staff provided impeccable service. As a first-time user of contact lenses, they were patient and encouraging in teaching how to put them on. For spectacles, they have an inventory of spare parts, and can replace the damaged part of your spectacles within 10 minutes, free-of-charge (under warranty). Highly recommend.

My long time optician. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Many designs - mass market and higher end brands - are available. The staff will help me with adjusting frames with no qualms and fee. Even though I no longer work near TPY, I still go there for my spectacle needs.

Would like to compliment Ian for the wonderful service rendered to us when we visit the shop at Toa Payoh. I have no intention of buying any specs at all but end up getting 3 pairs through her excellent and friendly service. She is Definitely an asset to Lenscart.
