Nice studio with great location and professional instructors. I enjoyed the aerial yoga a lot, the instructors here are patient and professional and also so far the students I met in class are very helpful as well, they made the class like a family, helping each other when they need to, highly recommend IDance!
Highly recommended this yoga studio... The teachers, students and staff here are friendly and attentive. Classes never feel too overcrowded and my yoga practice feels more meaningful and deeper than just a fitness routine.
