Dr Bernice and team are really professional. They are well equipped with knowledge and experience. After reading reviews from bunny groups I knew to trust this clinic. Post spaying of my bunny, a nurse called to check on the bunny. Really glad that bunny is safe and eating well now.

Vet Central has the most amazing team dedicated to the well-being of animals which in turn give you the peace of mind when you entrust your pets to them. They are very honest and kind and most importantly, they charge very reasonably for pet care. Thanks Dr Wendy and team for giving the best care to my pets!

I am very grateful towards vet central as they gave me a slot despite my pretty last minute call. Dr. Christine was very attentive towards my bunny and explained throughly what was going on. They were not pushy at all and prices are very reasonable My bunny regained her appetite and is back to her happy self. Big thank you to the kind and caring team!

We have been recommended this clinic by a fellow pawrent. Brought our dog Choya here for a dental surgery and her old age + breed was always a concern for us to put her under GA, but Dr Teng had done a similar surgery for our paw-friend so we took the leap of faith. The surgery was really well done, the receptionists and nurses were all very accommodating and friendly. The day after Choya's surgery her pain was quite bad so we rushed her back down for intravenous pain relief and spoke to Dr Teng again who assured us things were looking fine. Recovery wasn't easy as Choya had all her teeth removed at once (imagine the discomfort), refused her antibiotics, then had a bacterial infection on her belly in between (cries). We called/WhatsApped the clinic for advice whilst we all tested positive and couldn't visit personally. They were really helpful albeit online and made it a point to get back to us on the vet's advice. No extra cost for all these help and would like to say that we really appreciate it LOADS :") Taking into consideration proximity, we will definitely be back here should the need arises, thanks once again so much especially to Dr Teng and all the friendly nurses!

So far the best vet clinic I’ve been to. The vet is very professional, targeting the issue straight away and not requesting you to do unnecessary tests. Even from a phone call to make an appointment before I went down, they enquired the current situation of my dog, what kind of medicine they have been prescribed and the previous vet I’ve been to, to follow up. They genuinely care for the well-being of your pet and provide a proper solution. The cost is reasonable as well. A good clinic is really difficult to find, Barkway will be my go to vet, thank you!

Was searching for the nearest vet and came across Barkway. Never regretted coming here! Vets here are experienced and patient. Will always explain in details to us patiently. Our dog is 11 yo, and we did quite a few procedures on different occasions here - spaying, dental procedures etc. Clinic will call us to update on the progress, which we greatly appreciate! Definitely recommended!

Dr Daniel and his care team performed a minor surgery for my 2 years old RES. I brought him there due to ear absess and swollen eyes. But while waiting for nurse Hsu to clean up the patient, he asked to see my tank set up instead and pointed out major mistakes. Thanks to their care, my ninja boy is now recovering at home, with a much improved shell. I am now better equip to care for such less common pets. Thank you, you guys and gals are simply amazing.

Brought my hamster Peanut Ng to have the lump removed from his foot. Dr Sing explained in detail and respects owner decision. The surgery was successful and Peanut is home now. It's my first time here and definitely a pleasant one. Very friendly Vet clinic, thank you Dr Sing, nurse Sue and Elina (hope I spelled your name correctly)!

Bought our Dwarf Hamster Meimei for lump removal surgery at TPY vet on 1st March 2023. Dr Daniel explained very well of her condition and is very skilled in his practice. The nurses are very caring team. Nurse Elina even go the extra miles to call us before the surgery take place and send video updates of the progress. Amazingly, our hamster was able to get up and eat just 10 minutes after the procedures. Stitches were skill-fully manage with limited skin available given the size of the big lump. Definitely one of the best rodent vet available in SG. Strongly recommended! We are very grateful to have Meimei under the care of TPY vet. Thank you Dr Daniel and TPY vet team - E
