A cozy yoga studio that feels like a second home. Joey is a wonderful teacher who is really passionate in yoga and she spreads her love for it to her students. She made me fall in love with practicing, help me understand my body and challenges me to go beyond my limits. No matter you are new to yoga or experienced practitioner, I believe you will take something away from practicing with Joey. Highly recommended!
I love the way Joey conducting the yoga class. She always help us to do the right engagement with our yoga posture and also helping us to make alignment of our posture. Attending her class, you will not get bored! She always give us new thing in her yoga classes and also fun place and good vibes! Highly recommended!!!!
My favourite class is wheel and moon! Very interesting classes where you don’t really do the Same thing repeatedly. Joey’s class is always fun and enjoyable.
