We noticed that our Yorkshire terrier is happiest and most comfortable with the team at the grooming table! At previous groomers, she would leave shivering and had a lot of anxiety. With the grooming table, she can even fall asleep after her session while waiting for me to pick her up. They are extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy especially in giving recommendations because of her skin allergies and sensitivities and they will also highlight any issues they notice during the groom.
They really are the best! My maltese is going on 14 years old and they are so nice and accommodating to him. He starts crying when we pull into the carpark because he is so excited to go get groomed! Pei Wen really takes the time to understand your dog and she is super attentive, always letting us know if she notices anything different about his physical condition. Very professional business overall and he gets a great clean and consistent grooming every time! Highly recommend.

It was our puppy first salon grooming and I am glad to have her grooming done at Dollhouse pets. My puppy is very squirmy and doesn’t really like to be touched on her face. The groomer, Ms Mindy was gentle and patient with her. Mindy also shared areas we should look out for and some grooming tips with us. My puppy is clean and happy after the grooming session.
Visited dollhouse pets for the 1st time awhile back for a full grooming session. Groomer was professional and we love the cut on our puppy. They also constantly gave updates and would check if we were okay with the cut before letting us know when he’s ready to be picked. Would definitely visit again! (Before & after grooming pics attached… great turnout on the donut mouth we emphasized on and requested for :) )
Toto has been going to Dollhouse for regular grooming since 6 months old. She is always in the good hands of Rachel and her team.
