Kudos to Joanne manning the cashier, she was courteous and forthcoming despite handling a huge line during lunchtime. Impressed with her friendly attitude and enthusiasm. I will return to shop at this outlet more often. Well Done!

Was look for some specific medical kit. Store claim not available. BUT offered to check with nearby store if there is stock. Wow this is what I call customer service. It was the duty pharmacists that assisted us. This is the kind of Service Excellent I am always looking at. Thank you Madam.

I've always loved Watsons from when I was a kid - and today's experience at Watson's Singapore - Anchorpoint further solidified this. My mum and I were served by Mr Leong Weng Hong, the assistant store manager, who saw the state of my Mum's Watsons card (literally falling apart) and he took the time and initiative to tape it back together, even before we had asked for help. It was really nice of him to do so, also, there was no queue behind us at the time. Afterwards, he recommended using the Watsons app in the future in replacement of the card. We really appreciated him for his help, and think he really displayed heart in serving his Customers. Thank you Mr Leong!
