Jal Yoga Alexandra

This yoga studio is a little more scruffy than some of the other big names out there. Their class schedule is a touch lighter than in some of the bigger studios as well. But if you're looking for the best yoga teachers that genuinely know what they're doing, look no further. I'm a particular fan of the fact that you can take a plan where you pay by class rather than per month as I don't have the time to attend a lot of classes.

Environment is quite clean. The location is great and convenient while yoga mats and equipments are all ready for you. Can feel that the instructors and staff are very professional and helpful. Highly recommended!

The classes Hatha 1 & hip opening that I did with teacher Gouri at Jal were amazing. Jal studio at Alexandra is accessible and ambience is soothing. staff at reception n teachers are very cordial. Wish I could do more classes . See you next time.
