Chen Chi Tow Healthcare

Chanced upon Chien Chi Tow (Redhill) two months ago when I hurt my lower back and was looking for a TCM nearby. Yun Hua was assigned to do the tuina for me. She is so knowledgeable, skillful and nice that I decided to go back once a week for a 60-min Wellness Massage after that first visit. As I often feel achy in my neck, shoulder and lower back, Yun Hua even taught me where/ how I could self-massage on specific acupuncture points to reduce some pain when at home. Dr Zhang and the rest of their staff are very friendly and helpful too.

I was treated by Dr Mdm Teo for acupuncture on my shoulder and knee, and subsequently did tuina by Jeffrey, both of which were pain-relieving and soothing. Went back for repeated visits already when I experienced any pain and discomfort. Thanks for the great treatment and skills!

The tuina comes with precise and form pressure which disperse blockage and knots on my shoulder to relieve the built up tension. Strongly recommended this place if you need any treatment.
