Heartland Rehab

I chanced upon this place through a friend's recommendation as I needed physiotherapy for my injured MCL. Timothy was my physiotherapist for the 5 months journey to recovery. Timothy was knowledgeable, helpful, and funny. He always makes sure to check how is my knee doing, the progress of my workout, and which stage of recovery I am at. It really motivated me to want to work on my rehab religiously so that I could be back to my usual routine. The clinic is well equipped and I always enjoy my time doing the variety of exercises curated for me. We had a couple of sessions via tele-rehab due to COVID. They were very effective as well as Tim was able to record down my exercises and commented on what went well and what to improve. Price-wise I think is reasonable for a private clinic in the heartland. After 5 months, I definitely come out stronger, knowing myself better and what I lack in training for my leg. I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for physiotherapy. - KZ

Bala has been helping with a nerve injury to my left arm. With his thorough assessment, he managed to identify the cause of my numbness and loss of fine motor control. He then went through a series of stretches ("flossing" to be precise") to help my nerves recover. I also did a session of dry needling (highly recommend), which helped loosen knots in my upper back. - IW

I highly recommend Jerald who I saw about 6 weeks ago. I went in with some right knee pain which had been troubling me for about 4 months. However after doing the exercises he recommended it has all but disappeared. He was attentive and demonstrated good knowledge of what he thought the problem could be. Later when we tested some of my strength and movement it was exactly as he suspected. I am very grateful to be able to move easily again.
