Been visiting this centre for my chronic neck & shoulder pain and I've felt so much relief after each treatment cycle. From the very first session, Chye Tuan and his team took the time to assess my condition and created a personalized treatment plan tailored to my specific needs. Currently I am seeing Lenia, Darren, Daisy and Jia Qi, each with their own expertise but they all worked so well together on my treatment plan, giving me clear instructions on exercises to do at home to help me feel better. The team are not only skilled but also genuinely caring and supportive, making each session feel encouraging and empowering. I am so thankful for them and would highly recommend Core Concepts to anyone in need of expert physiotherapy care.

This was my first physiotherapy session, and Darren was incredibly patient throughout. He took the time to explain various stretching methods in detail, checking in frequently to ensure I fully understood each one. I really appreciated how thorough he was in making sure I grasped everything. I’m looking forward to my upcoming sessions with him and feel confident that with his guidance.
