Mincheng Bibimbap

The queues at this amk outlet are always long but it moved pretty fast. I was able to get a seat within 15-20mins. When you arrive you’re immediately greeted with the smell of the sesame oil coming out from the restaurant. When you’re here, you’ve got to try their bibimbap. The mix of the rice, the perfect blend of textures from the different vegetables, seaweed and mushrooms and the fragrant sesame oil makes this a really hearty bowl of bibimbap. For about $9-$12 per person - depending on what meat/hotstone bowl, the portions were huge and very worth the price. The staff were also pretty nice and served us seaweed soup and kimchi. Would definitely come back again, the only downside as others mentioned, is the slightly squeezy seating area, but I didn’t mind it much.

Frequent dinner at Mincheng Bibimbap for quick lunch near my office and today i brought my fam to the amk outlet. Ordered Angus Marble Beef Bibimbap and cheesy corn for the kids and both was a hit for them. Beef was juicy and flavourful, paired with rice for kids. The cheesy corn was a shout, my kids really enjoyed them. My first time trying naengmyeon, cold noodle - it's really refreshing and goood. The noodle were chewy, love it. also i order my usual pork kimchi soup my fave. It worth a visit

Went to other outlets. The tuna bibimbap for this outlet is huge in portion. Definitely worth coming if you're nearby. Great service too. Staff will help you to take extra kimchi or seaweed soup if you want.
