I have been here multiple times and the service is always top notch. The waiters and waitresses here are very proactive in topping up the tea/soup etc. I had the pleasure of being served by Ovelle today! She was extremely warm and welcoming from the time we went in. The food is extremely delicious and definitely of higher quality than your typical Japanese restaurants. I can’t wait to come again!

Just a brief wait during dinner, but the team was fantastic today. A special shoutout to outlet manager Sam, who remains incredibly humble despite his role. He leads an amazing team, and we always receive excellent service when dining at Northpoint Sushi-Tei.

One of the best neighbourhoods Japanese restaurants to experience exquisite taste of quality Japanese food. Excellent sashimi, fresh, flavourful, and nice cuts.
