Finally tried Pondok Jawa at PLQ Mall and the food tasted just like what we had in Jakarta. The nasi pecel rendang was rich and full of flavour with great gado gado and spicy chilli. The mie goreng jawa was savoury with perfectly cooked noodles, and the sop buntut was comforting and collagen rich. Satay ayam and ayam penyet were juicy and satisfying. Desserts and drinks were spot on too. Authentic Indonesian comfort food with friendly service.
Always love the quality of food here and the staff always super friendly. Even the one in far east plaza both super delicious and great quality. But this one in Paya Lebar the ambience more cozy and lovely! Nice for family gatherings and if u are looking for authentic indo food, this place is for u :) Thanks again Yana and Seysa.
Atmosphere is nice, services is also good and the food are nice as a Indonesian food. Recommend.
