PAPA AYAM REVIEWS
Delicious, spicy sambal that’s like no other in Singapore, and generous portion! Their specialty is Ayam Geprek which is chicken cutlet smothered in sambal, and Papa Ayam is one out of two of my favorite ayam geprek in Singapore. I fell in love with Papa Ayam, the sambal to be exact, when my nephew sent it to me when it didn’t even have an outlet yet. It was not like any other sambal in Singapore as it was freshly made upon order and not fried. I personally prefer fresh sambal, but since I moved to Singapore, I haven’t found one yet, maybe because fresh sambal tends to spoil faster than cooked one, and Papa Ayam has that fresh sambal that’s made upon order that I missed so much! Can choose spiciness level up to level 15 some more! I was so happy when they opened at PLQ because I couldn’t get my ayam geprek fix so often from their 313 outlet as I stay in the east side. Anyway, I’ve tried most of their menu already, but my favorite is still the Ayam Geprek Original because it’s the sambal I like and I get to pick the level of spiciness, regardless it’s eaten with rice or Indomie, they’re both fantastic! The portion of the chicken is generous, and I love that they’re using breast meat (it’s tender though, don’t worry!). The only downside is that the chicken batter is not crispy anymore when it’s for takeaway or delivery and the sambal is not separated (which will cost extra).
One of the must-eat food in the list! Choose the level of spiciness (recommended level 10 and above if you can take spicy). Choose Indo Mee or Rice (recommended rice as their mee portion is quite small). Add the topping. And boom the tasty food is done!
First place in SG I've found that makes sambal matah which is the sambal that is special to Bali. Ordered the half and half (original sambal and sambal matah) -was so pleased with the decision. I could eat this every week. The sambals are so fresh!!! Level 3 was very spicy for me, Ill get level 2 next time.

They serve the special dish Ayam Penyet, the smashed fried chicken served with rice, bean curd, crunchy flakes, crackers and hot chilli with the desired choice of drinks. They provide a special Indonesian fried rice that CNN calls one of the best. Their secret recipe is adding soya sauce and a tinge of belacan. Also, remember to taste their bakso urat and Mie Ayam Pangsi. The restaurant welcomes its customers and serves them with a generous heart. Their Gado Gado, Bihun basko and Ayam geprek are unique that you love when you taste them.

It's a new Place at Paya Lebar Square The location is at B1 in the left side behind of KOPITIAM. The place right opposite of Print Volution. The price of the food still consider "YEA" la eh.. for that kind of price and located inside the mall still considerable. The taste of the bakso urat from 1 - 10 : 9 The taste of the Mie Ayam Pangsit : 1 - 10 : 9 The black coffee 1 - 10 : 10 Mpek Mpek 1-10 : 9 This is a honest review as I am indonesian living in singapore with singaporean husband. He said the Mie Ayam tasted like the one that he ate in Jakarta [ Mie ayam Donoloyo -Cinere] I visited on Saturday as might would be crowded on Sunday. Definitely will come back again!!!!!
Closest food to Indonesia bakso and Bakmi speciality. Of course still cannot compare to the originals but good enough when you're abroad and missing home food.
If you want to taste Indonesia food, this places can provide you, chicken grill(ayam bakar), mixed vegie (gado2), chicken smash(ayam penyet) and chicken satay( sate ayam). Every food are using inggridient from Indonesia. Recommended.

SINAR PAGI NASI PADANG REVIEWS
This place should be top 5 of the best Nasi Padang places in Singapore. The nasi padang is served with banana leaves eventhough you are dining there. The Rendang is soft and full of flavour. The uncle is really friendly. Many would say the price is too expensive and overrated but for me I don't mind paying if the food is good.. Value for money. It's not easy and cheap to open a Nasi Padang stall .
Tried for the 1st time and I am quite happy with the food and price. Paid $30 for lemak singkong, ikan bakar, daging rendang sambal goreng n 3 plate of white rice. Its no wonder the Q is always long...
Wide selection of dishes. Hubby loves the dendeng and their fish in particular. I love their sambal and the gravy. Always long queue. Ordered 2 packets of rice with dendeng, 2 fish, petai, brinjal, Ikan bills all for 22.50.
