Toa Payoh Lorong 5 Food Centre

Came to this hawker by chance - fate brought us to one of the best chicken claypot rice I’ve ever tried. Succulent boneless chicken and not too charred/hard rice, generous fillings. Oyster egg was nice too - plump oysters wrapped comfortably by fluffy egg. The chilli for both dishes compliment the mains like lovers on a honeymoon. What monday blues? It’s a relatively clean hawker centre.

I am not sure about the food because I didn't eat here, but the public toilet is newly renovated and really clean. I was expecting to pay 20 cents for usage but it was free to use as well. I could see that most of the shops opened till late, and it had a good hawker center atmosphere.

Love this place. Alot of places open even at night time, came there like 9 plus and places are alive. Alot of open stalls.
