FORK & SPOON @ TOA PAYOH REVIEWS
This is a halal foodcourt that is located on the 2nd level beside the courts building. It is not a very large food court, but it is a nice and cosy dining outlet. I like the curry chicken set selling at the drink stall which is very nice and cheap for just $4.50. You will need to inform them if you prefer rice or bread, which is included in the set.
Nice blue pea nasi lemak. They uses basmati rice which is healthier. Nyonya chicken was huge and tasted flavourful. Set comes with side of vegetables, eggs, ikan bilis and sambal. Surprised with the nice food court here at level 2 Toa Payoh central, been staying here for the past 2 years but never been here omg lol.
I love coming to this food court because I love the Ayam Penyet Sambal green chilli, at the Penyet King stall. And besides that here there are also various types of food and the price is reasonable.

JOO SENG FOOD PLACE REVIEWS
I always visit this food court after office hours because the place is not far from where I work, my favorite food is Economic Bee Hoon (Fried noodles with chicken wing) because the fried chicken is very tasty and my favourite drink is ice milk coffee. Overall, I like this food court because the food and drink are reasonably priced.
The Pork Chops fried rice I ordered was better than I expected. The meat tastes tender, and the fried rice tastes just right. The food manual is pretty unique, and the price is also reasonable.
Lots of good local food at this place. Tried the Bak Chor Mee And Ban Mian. Very good and tasty. Prime Supermarket is also co-located in this block.

There are many popular stalls such as the Rojak stall, where the queue seemed unending. Another popular food stall is the Chinese mochi stall.
