Amazing little cafe in the heartlands of Toa Payoh. Ordered Eggs Benedict which swapped the usual spinach for avocado (I prefer spinach because the avocado doesn't do much for texture), and the All Day Breakfast which was good. Cheesy chicken sausage and scrambled eggs were excellent but the mushrooms could be sauteed better. Still good though! Also ordered the brioche yolk and butter bun which was divine, and went really well with the coffee. Highly recommended! But seating fills up fast!
Quaint little cafe tucked away behind Toa Payoh bus interchange and HDB Hub. Enjoyed the richly flavoured lasagna and matcha latte, while the English breakfast looked very promising too. We both enjoyed the crunchy, crispy yet juicy hot and spicy wings too. The staff were kind enough to move us to a table inside as soon as one was available and this was much welcomed as it was a very hot day. Only regret no space for dessert today - the tarts and cakes were so tempting! However, this simply means another trip to the place next time.
First time here, absolutely loved their 'Gula Melaka Cappuccino'. One of the best best Cappuccino around for sure! Also loved their cakes, and the atmosphere was cozy and nice too! Will definitely be back to try their warm food menu. Do definitely try out this cafe!

Incredibly soft and fluffy bread from Jie Bakery!! Love the traditional rainbow ones that reminds me of old times. Bought one with Kaya and butter spread and another plain and costs me only $4.90! Cheap and yummy! Went home to make egg sandwich with the soft and fluffy rainbow buns. Looks incredibly aesthetic as well.
Support local! This is probably as traditional as traditional bakeries go. Don't compare the quality of the bread with your new-age baking styles. For what it's worth, this reminds me of heritage Singapore, and just seeing the process of them baking in real time is a worthy sight to travel all the way down here.
Their bread is baked fresh everyday and does not have preservatives. Loved the fact that it is "pure". Must order their kaya bread - spread on the spot for you on a rainbow bread. The taste is just magical - taste of childhood and magical at the same time!

OISHI PAN BAKERY REVIEWS
Got the German sourdough, earl grey with cranberry, and the sundried tomato salty bun. Sourdough has good flavour and is soft and chewy with a crispy crust, should be even crispier when toasted. Very good value for sourdough! Earl grey cranberry is also soft and fragrant and the cranberries are throughout the bun (not just where you can see them). The sundried tomato salty bun (vegan? Vegetarian? Had a green dot next to the price label) tastes exactly like its name, tho the sundried tomato is more like a slight sauce inside the curls of the bun. Still delicious and satisfying! Plus they are a BYO bakery! Friendly staff too.
It’s my favourite bakery in TPY Central and I would always buy bread from here whenever I’m nearby. They have a variety of baked goods such as breads, cakes, pastries, cookies, muffins and burnt cheese cakes. The display of their baked goods are arranged nicely so that Customers can see the price tags clearly. My usual favourites are Herb Focaccia, Sourdough, Ciabatta, Banana Walnut and chocolate muffins.
Have always been patronising this bakery since years ago. This humble bakery bakes really quality bread and cakes. Prices are also really reasonable! Recommendations: banana walnut loaf, German pudding, strawberry tart. They are offering free delivery above $35 during this circuit breaker period which is a steal!
