Chop Joo Hiong Eating House

Lots of great food here, my favourite being the fish soup stall, flavourful but not too heavy. The fried egg is a little overcooked though, in my opinion, I like mine fluffy instead of crispy as the one served here. The fish is fresh, and they're pretty generous with the greens. Expect to queue at many of the stalls here during peak hours.

Usually have early breakfast and this coffeeshop has 3 stalls selling Noodles from 6am onwards. My Fav is WANTON MEE. The Noodles very Q Q. And they are very polite and friendly. Best to communicate among 3 stalls. Last Fav is LOH MEE. Pricey but the serving is big.

The economy rice stalk is the best. Never fail me so far. Very glad to know they even have a brown rice option now. Fish head curry is very tasty but you'll have to pre-book. Simply delicious. My fav carrot Cake in Serangoon.
