I am in my twenties and even though it is commonly known as a confusing time in life for many, I struggled with adapting, deteriorating my mental health. After many months of deciding to take on therapy, I took my first step and called insightful counselling. My counsellor Lily is extremely patient and gentle, taking the time to understand and work out my complex emotions and guiding me through exercises which I can practise at home to help me cope.
