I am incredibly grateful to have found Karl as my therapist. From the very first session, I felt a sense of safety and comfort that allowed me to be vulnerable and courageous in addressing my emotional traumas. Karl is an exceptional counsellor with the ability to understand and breakdown situations. He knows where to pause clients and brings awareness to the situation. He draws from great examples and experiences making it easier to understand the situation. He has a high level of empathy but is also realistic in his assessment even if it may be tough to hear - he is patient while delivering this insights. Lastly and most importantly I feel very safe and secure while speaking to Karl allowing vulnerability and as a result more receptive to feedback. Amazing experience and highly recommended.

Karl has really helped me open up, and get to know myself better. Through his sessions I’ve had epiphanies, learned tools to handle past emotions, reflect, process, discover and overall learn to be a better version of my self.
