Christmas shopping is always mad busy, but the staff at the Vivo outlet today were amazing, especially to Gemma who went all out to assist me in finding an item that I saw online despite being so busy, and during peak season, people tend to put things back on different racks or mix them all up together. She even went to the back twice to find it. Really made my day! Thank you so much!!!

I went to Zara to get a coat for my daughter and was lucky to have approached Jolli to assist me. She knows her products very well and was able to help us find something we like and more! I would have gone broke if I wasn't being sensible. Seeing how friendly and helpful she was, my daughter was feeling great and so was I.

I always shop at vivo.I like to shopping at Zara vivo outlet.Because the staffs there was very patient and friendly. They helping me to find items I needed. From floor to changing room and cashier counter. All staffs was very helpful and nice.
